In advance of Swamp Baby’s sophomore release (on May 22, 2012), here’s a standalone single of two songs that were held from the album - we loved the recordings, but they were just a tad different from the rest of tha pack.

here’s the link to hear the tunes:

Swamp Baby Single

Featuring Kevin Maul on Pedal Steel, Stephen Orsini on Bass, and, on “Las Vegas Hotel Suite”, Matthew Loiacono on drums.

(and, to be totally honest, I’m proud of my debut on Fender Rhodes Piano  on “Some Folks”!)

Call Me Mr. Sentimental

The historic Miss Albany Diner is closing its doors this Friday, February 10, 2012. Its an Albany landmark (placed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2000 - a scene in Ironweed was also filmed there.) Made one last stop so our daughter Emily could see the place before it closed - and to have the tasty grub, of course.
